Shure & Company

Strategic Consulting.Tactical Experience.

Shure & Company advises business principals and executives on strategy, growth, sales architecture, product development, profitability and cost engineering, channel management, e-commerce, new market penetration, operations, sourcing & logistics, mergers & acquisitions, business sales, and commercialization.

What we do

Strategic advice. Practical perspective.

The work is informed by a broad operating history: starting companies; designing, developing, manufacturing, and importing goods; opening facilities; managing overseas offices; building sales channels; international sourcing; developing international markets; and commercial, industrial, and office real estate ventures.

Business advice is more useful when it comes from someone who has had to make the decision, fund it, execute it, and live with the result.
